Where can I buy ski and snowboard rails
and boxes?
SLR now sells snowboarding and skiing rails and boxes to the public right from
Residential section of this website. If you are from a snow
resort or other commercial operation than our Commercial offerings
may
be
more
appropriate for
your use.
Note
that we ship to the continental US only.
What materials does SLR use to make your Residential rails
and boxes?
All items are fully welded steel with a minimum thickness
of 1/8". We use high quality poly sheeting for all box
tops ensure years of trouble free fun. The skirting is 16 gauge
aluminum
which keeps a sharp, clean look with no painting or replacing
required.
How long does it take for an order to
ship out?
Under normal cirucmstances orders ship from SLR within two
weeks of reciept of the order, as long as we have received
a completed Release
of Liability Form (see below for more info on this form). The time to ship
may be less if the item is in stock, but two weeks is a good guideline and
allows us to make any items that are not in stock.
What forms of payment does SLR accept
for Residential rails and boxes?
We accept PayPal via our website, or payment can be arranged
by check with service@straightlinerails.com.
PayPal allows you to make secure on-line payments using major credit cards.
Note that our PayPal account is under the name Snow Park Management, which
is our
parent company.
Where can I get a copy of the SLR Release
of Liability Form?
All SLR sales require a Release of Liability Form to be completed by the customer
and returned to SLR. No products ship without a competed, returned Release
of Liability form. Forms can
be downloaded here (PDF).
What's the best way to return my completed
Release of Liability Form?
Before item will ship we must receive a completed Release
of Liability Form, which can be downloaded here.
Release of Liability forms can be returned by Fax, mail, or email.

What shipping company does SLR use?
We ship within the continental US with YRC.
Currently we do not ship internationally, including Canada or Mexico. SLR sometimes
makes its own deliveries within a reasonable distance from our world headquarters
in southern Vermont. Contact service@straightlinerails.com if
delivery is a possibility for you (portions of VT, NH, MA, and NY).
Does SLR offer a warranty on residential products?
Yes, SLR offers a limited lifetime full replacement under normal
use. This does not include paint. We are confident that we
offer a quality product and we want you to be confident that
you are buying a quality product.
Does SLR make rails and boxes for ski resorts?
Yes, we've been making rails and boxes for snow resorts since
2001. Check out our commerical
section, and our custom
projects.
We've done some pretty big scale custom jobs including an AMP
energy drink bus converted to a huge jib feature for Okemo
in Vermont.
When did you start selling products
to residential customers?
SLR launched its first residential line of jib boxes and rails in 2009. Read
more about SLR in the About section.
Where are your products made?
SLR makes all of our products in the mountains of southern Vermont.
