Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy ski and snowboard rails and boxes?
SLR now sells snowboarding and skiing rails and boxes to the public right from Residential section of this website. If you are from a snow resort or other commercial operation than our Commercial offerings may be more appropriate for your use.
Note that we ship to the continental US only.
What materials does SLR use to make your Residential rails and boxes?
All items are fully welded steel with a minimum thickness of 1/8". We use high quality poly sheeting for all box tops ensure years of trouble free fun. The skirting is 16 gauge aluminum which keeps a sharp, clean look with no painting or replacing required.
How long does it take for an order to ship out?
Under normal cirucmstances orders ship from SLR within two weeks of reciept of the order, as long as we have received a completed Release of Liability Form (see below for more info on this form). The time to ship may be less if the item is in stock, but two weeks is a good guideline and allows us to make any items that are not in stock.
What forms of payment does SLR accept for Residential rails and boxes?
We accept PayPal via our website, or payment can be arranged by check with service@straightlinerails.com. PayPal allows you to make secure on-line payments using major credit cards. Note that our PayPal account is under the name Snow Park Management, which is our parent company.

Where can I get a copy of the SLR Release of Liability Form?
All SLR sales require a Release of Liability Form to be completed by the customer and returned to SLR. No products ship without a competed, returned Release of Liability form. Forms can be downloaded here (PDF).
What's the best way to return my completed Release of Liability Form?
Before item will ship we must receive a completed Release of Liability Form, which can be downloaded here.
Release of Liability forms can be returned by Fax, mail, or email.
